The Challenge
A local silica manufacturing facility was having issues with their pump packager, with a ball mill bearing cooling system, which they use to pump organic food-grade oil. Due to supply chain issues, this customer was having difficulty procuring a replacement OEM part from Italy.
Process Supply was challenged to provide a new solution to help quickly get their pump packager operational again.
The Solution
Process Supply was able to provide a Viking AK4195 pump with a 7.5 horsepower direct-drive motor. We were able to complete and deliver this custom package before the customer’s expected delivery date, solving their supply chain issues with local service.
